Most email inquiries are answered within 2 to 4 hours during business hours. Complex technical questions or custom synthesis requests may take up to 24 hours as we consult with our chemistry team.

Response Time Expectations

We aim to respond to all inquiries as quickly as possible. Here is what you can generally expect:

• General inquiries: 2 to 4 hours during business hours
• Order issues: 1 to 3 hours during business hours
• Technical questions: 4 to 24 hours (may require team consultation)
• Custom synthesis quotes: 24 to 48 hours
• Weekend emails: Answered by Monday morning
