Please note that these are estimates. Customs processing in your country may add 1 to 3 additional days in some cases. We have found that the vast majority of international orders clear customs without any delays.
Peptide integrity matters. That is why every NXPeptides shipment is packed using our cold chain protocol. We use insulated containers with gel ice packs to maintain appropriate temperatures throughout transit. Our packaging has been tested to maintain stable conditions for up to 96 hours, well beyond typical transit times.

Privacy is important to us and to our customers. All packages are shipped in plain, unbranded boxes or mailers. There is no mention of NXPeptides, peptides, or any research materials on the exterior of the package. The return address uses a generic business name. Combined with our anonymous checkout process (no account creation required), your purchase remains completely private.
My tracking number is not showing any results.
It can take 12 to 24 hours after you receive the shipping notification for tracking information to appear in the carrier system. If it has been more than 48 hours with no update, please reach out to our support team.
My package shows delivered but I did not receive it.
First, check with neighbors or your building management. Sometimes carriers mark a package as delivered slightly before the actual drop-off. If you still cannot locate it after 24 hours, contact us at support@nxpeptides.com and we will initiate an investigation with the carrier.
My package has been stuck in transit for several days.
During peak shipping seasons or severe weather events, delays can occur. If your domestic order has not moved in 5 or more business days (or 10 or more for international), please contact our support team and we will look into it right away.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order has not yet shipped, yes. Contact us immediately at support@nxpeptides.com with your order number and new address. Once the package has left our facility, we cannot redirect it.
