How do I request a refund?

Storage and Handling
How should I store my peptides?
Lyophilized (powder) peptides should be stored at -20 degrees C for long-term, or 2-8 degrees C (fridge) for short-term. Reconstituted peptides should be refrigerated at 2-8 degrees C and used within 30 days.
Where can I find reconstitution instructions?

Can I request a Certificate of Analysis?
CoAs are included with every shipment. If you need an additional copy, email us at support@nxpeptides.com with your order number.
